Availability

How do I know that the quantity of the products that I want is available in stock?

There are as many products in stock as the “current stock” status indicates on the product card, or as many as can be placed in the basket on the product card. Changes in the quantity made in the shopping cart, if they exceed the available stock of the products, will be adjusted downwards according to the current stock.

Can I order SAFE products that are not available in the e-store or the stock of which is not sufficient?

Yes, you can. To do this, please submit your request as an e-mail to the address tellimus@safealbum.ee. Please include the article number and quantity of the desired product or products in your order.

Where can I physically familiarise myself with the entire product range of SAFE e-store?

To do that, you can visit one of our local distributors. You can find information on our distributers HERE.

Payments

What payment methods does SAFE e-shop offer?

Payments can be made via a bank link or using another payment solution.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Up-to-date integrations with all banks in the Baltics, good old card payments or Montonio Split “Buy now, pay later”.

You can also pay by PayPal account or according invoice.

Shipping

How long is the delivery time for the orders submitted to the e-store?

SAFE e-store ships orders on the next working day following payment. We will ship orders received over the weekend on Monday.

Returns

Can I return any item?

Yes. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with  the online shop within 14 days.  To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the buyer may not use the ordered goods in any other  way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the  same way the buyer would be allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.

Can I return after 14 days?

Yes, you can. If more than 14 days have elapsed from the date of receiving the goods, the unopened product in the sales package can be exchanged for any other product of the same value from the SAFE e-shop selection. The costs of returning and resending the goods are paid by the customer. To do so, please send an e-mail to info@safealbum.ee.

Kas SAFE e-pood on turvaline ostukoht?

Miks ei kasuta SAFE e-pood E-kaubanduse Liidu usaldusmärgist?

E-kaubanduse Liidu tingimused usaldusmärgise saamiseks on pigem vormilist kui sisulist laadi. Kuigi märgise soovijal on neid tingimusi lihtne täita ja ka järelevalve teostajal lihtne kontrollida, tekitatakse sellega nii kaupmehes kui tarbijas tunne, et kõik on korras.

Sest kui palju maksab teadmine, et ettevõtte nimele pole Tarbijakaitse saanud ühtegi kaebust kui on olemas sadu viise seaduslikult kliendi elu ebamugavaks teha? Heale kaupmelele on kehtivad seadused pigem orientiiriks ehk siis seadustes toodud piir annab küll tegutsemisraamid kuid ei keela tegutseda kliendi huvides kiiremini ja tõhusamalt tihtipeale ka kahjudega.

Millel tugineb SAFE e-poe usaldusmärgis “Garanteeritud klientide rahulolu”?

SAFE usaldusmärgis “Garanteeritud klientide rahulolu” põhineb reaalsete klientide reaalsel tagasisidel!

Meile loeb loeb see, millise teeninduse osaliseks saab klient poes, mitte see, kas poodi pidaval ettevõttel puuduvad “maksuvõlgnevused ja on esitatud kõik maksudeklaratsioonid”. Loeb mida ütleb klient, mitte kaupmees, saadud teeninduse kohta.

Kas SAFE e-pood täidab E-kaubanduse Liidu turvalise ostukoha tingimusi?

Tingimus 1 – Poe lehel on kaupmehe kohta avaldatud ärinimi, registrikood, käibemaksukohuslase number (kui on käibemaksukohuslane), kontakttelefon ja e-posti aadress. 

Kommentaar: Ärinimi ja registrikood on avaldatud müügitingimustes, kontaktid on olemas esilehel ja jaotise KONTAKT all.

Tingimus 2 – Poe avalehel on välja toodud klienditoe telefoninumber ja sellele vastamise aeg.

Tingimus 3 – Poes on iga toote juures pilt, tooteinfo ja hind.

Tingimus 4 – Poe avalehel või ostuprotsessi käigus on kliendile selgelt esitatud ja nähtaval kohal välja toodud müügitingimused ja tellimuse tarneaeg.

Tingimus 5 – Poel on kliendiandmete käitlemisel kasutusel turvaline andmekanal (SSL).

Tingimus 6 – Poel puuduvad märgise taotlemisel ja pikendamisel maksuvõlgnevused ja on esitatud kõik maksudeklaratsioonid.

Tingimus 7 – Pood ei kuulu Tarbijakaitseameti musta nimekirja.

Tingimus 8 – Poel on täies ulatuses tasutud Eesti E-kaubanduse Liidu kalendriaasta liikmemaks ja ei esine liidu ees võlgnevusi

What is SAFE e-shop doing for a cleaner environment?

We only want to offer products that are of high quality and durable, since a large part of our products are made from fossil minerals.

We also recycle all packaging and packaging materials. Products dispatched in recycled packaging are labelled with a special sticker.

Are the delivery methods used by SAFE e-shop environmentally friendly?

SAFE e-shop delivers via Omniva, DPD or Itella Smartpost.

DPD offers its customers 100% carbon neutral parcel delivery at no extra charge.
